Steve Rossé won his first orchestral job before graduating from university using practice techniques and strategies as outlined in this course. Between 1987-89 he won three major orchestral auditions in the USA, Europe and Australia that took him on a career to the far corners of the globe. At age 50 he successfully auditioned for a six-month temporary position with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam. He has performed in Carnegie Hall with three of the world's leading orchestras representing three continents. His reputation as a teacher is perhaps more widely recognized than his playing career. He teaches all levels and all ages. His 35 years of teaching experience are all compiled into this one tidy course. Dozens of his students now occupy professional band and orchestra positions around the world. Students from this online course have also won jobs as a result of these trainings and most have reached standards that they would have otherwise not achieved. Steve's teaching is holistic. He is also a professional MIndset Coach for Musicians and is a certified NLP Practitioner (Neurolinguistic Programming). At age 58, Steve takes longevity and wellness as a priority in his own life, playing, coaching, and teaching. He no longer teaches and any institution, and does not teach privately, unless you are a member of this course.
